I have decided to phase out the children's side of Posh Pretties and focus on pretties for Ladies and Teens. So excited with the new direction I am going in!

New Clippies Added
I have been going back to the basics with my designs a bit lately. With my classic and simple clippies and bows. Watch for fun polka dot pinwheel bows to be added soon!
I just love how these clippies are so classic and sweet looking, without being over the top. They look adorable in pigtails or simply use one to sweep bangs off the face.

My Sisters Wedding Cake!!
Here is the wedding cake I have been such a nervous wreck over. I haven't made a cake in several months, and no time to practice. All in all, not to bad for being so rusty!
Bottom was 15" red velvet with buttercream filling, and top two where 12" and 9" yellow cake with whipped ganache filling, covered in buttercream with hand piped red scrollwork. If you look real close you will see random hidden hearts in the scrollwork...it was Valentines Day after all. ;)

New Clippie Set - Fall Theme
I just love how this clippie set turned out. Cute Scarecrow and his little friend crow. These where made for a monthly challenge on Etsy, will post more on that later after the poll is up.
Scarecrow and Little Friend Crow Set
Bear with me on my camera skills, I had to borrow my daughters after mine took a nosedive off the table! The battery cover broke and the silly thing keeps loosing all the settings I had set. So after trying to live with it duct taped together and still not working right (yes, you can laugh at me for taping my camera back together rofl) ....I am borrowing my daughters until I can replace mine. :0)

Woohooo...I finished all costumes!!
I love this feeling, I actually got both costumes finished (with a day to spare!) and they look awesome!
I even managed to take some before pics of the clothes that I altered for the pirate costume. I started with a plain white shirt, striped pants (hard to see in the picture but they are laying under the white shirt), and a suede skirt, and a hat that I already pre-made.
I cut out a basic vest shape from the skirt and added some gold buttons from my stash. The pants I had to take in a bit to get the right size, added some patches to the front of then snipped the bottoms with pinking shears. Oh and I even made a little eye patch from some of the scrap skull ribbon (used for patches) and felt. Think we need to add a belt and we are finished!
